I have an Update on my First Review I have just eaten some ground Deer burger from this Butcher and I now 100 per cent recommend this Butcher it was the most tender Deer burger I have ever eaten and Everyone needing meat cutting done should use Paige Creek Coolers this Butcher is the best in the valley and I think as well as B.C. and Canada too.
