I have an Update on my First Review I have just eaten some ground Deer burger from this Butcher and I now 100 per cent recommend this Butcher it was the most tender Deer burger I have ever eaten and Everyone needing meat cutting done should use Paige Creek Coolers this Butcher is the best in the valley and I think as well as B.C. and Canada too. Thank you.

We brought in one moose to be butchered. we never got the steaks as requested (maybe he kept them or ground them. There is no tenderloin to be found anywhere!!! the ground meat has tons of grissle it is not eatable how it is. Obviously it was not trimmed. it all has to be reground. DO NOT USE THIS BUTCHER.
