If I could give this place 0, I would, but unfortunately, the lowest rating available is 1 star! We have been living here for almost 1 year now but this has been the worst apartment we've ever lived in! There is always REPAIR going on in the building and therefore the water is always shut down, many instances that electricities are turned off, (and right now, there's a funky smell in the apartment because of another ceiling repair that they're doing! and we have a baby in the house...not really good!). Our unit also has very old doors, cabinets, and plumbing. Just today, I requested for another plumbing repair coz all our faucets are leaking. There is also not enough closet space. Needless to say, this apartment needs major renovation!
