Phil made or attempted to make a "bent guitar table" for me. It was supposed to take 6 months and ended up taking 2 years. There were no status reports from Phil on the order. I had to reach out to him to get a progress report. All I got was a litany of all his ailments, which formed the basis of his excuses. When the table arrived, the finish was ruined because it was bubble wrapped before the clear coat had dried. The base was uneven so the table had a significant wobble and eventually cracked.
