A completely. Untrustworthy company. We were told by Den Air that our furnace needed a new pilot light but the employee Paul had no idea how much it would be or how long it would take. I don't think he has the education he needs to even do a quote. We got another company to look it over and the only problem was a clogged drip hose. Den Air tried to make work for themselves and lied to us about what the actual problem was.
