How unusual is it in this day and age to find someone that is willing to help via the phone? I talked with Rick and explained my problem with the volume button causing static in the speakers when I adjusted the volume. With out hesitation he explained what might try to eliminate that problem . So far it has worked. KUDOS to you Rick. Edith
