I would be careful conducting business with this accounting service. In the beginning, it started out okay but in the end the relationship ended bad. The accountant charged me in his invoice the incorporation fees to keep the business open annually. However, later found out that was not the case and business was dissolved. Trust was then broken for how can one do further business? The accountant would then not respond to my messages to inquire further about the issue and left me in a position where I had to find another accounting service to conduct business. The business is located in the industrial areas in North East part Calgary. There are plenty of accountants in Calgary, next time, I would plan and research more.
