Stay away. I arrived at 8;20 in the morning. My car was put inside over the pit and at 9:30 When I asked when it would be done. I was told they had not even started it yet, however vehicles in the other lane that arrived after me were complete. No apology and because I was unhappy they backed me out and I was told " to not come back". Wow.. I went to Jiffy Lube 15 minutes and done. Same price and nice people. Stay away from The Lube Factory unless you want a 2 hour oil change and be treated like crap.
