The owner of this salon, Brian, turned away my business after several years of being a loyal customer because I would not buy his product. His product is completely unsuitable for me. He treated me with disdain and contempt and was rude and arrogant. I did nothing to warrant this treatment, as Maria and i had a very pleasant and friendly customer/stylist relationship. Very disappointing experience! Brian also makes a habit of walking through the salon while you have your hairpiece off and it made me extremely uncomfortable. He is insensitive and not at all discreet, despite their advertisments to that effect.
