I have called them for a broken washer and they told me that they would come at the end of the day or next day and that they would call to confirm. I told him on the phone that i tought it was the ball bearing and he told me that we could just change the ball bearing. Next day i had to call back since it was almost noon and they didn't called yet. The guy came later with a ball bearing for a dryer (great! They really listen to you when you talk to them) ... He opened the washer and told me it it was probably the pulley and would come back with the piece during the week. The guy never came back or bothered to call since then, and it has been 3 weeks now. The faulty piece was indeed the ball bearing but it is part of the external drum. This business is highly amateur and a rip off. My advice...STAY AWAY FROM THESE GUYS! Unless you want to waste your money and be told total bullshit.
