We were thrilled to find this salon and the stylist who was fantastic. However, soon thereafter the stylist left. They said "oh we have fantastic other stylists who can meet your needs. We tried one and the colour job was horrible. You don't replace a seasoned stylist with a young stylist. Months go by we call to make an appointment giving them another chance to our happy surprise they hired a decade seasoned stylist. The best colour and cut ever. Three months later call for appt. NOW he has left. Why? Why can't they keep seasoned stylists? They give you excuses. Their "drive is too far" is their typical reason. Really? Why would the stylist take a job there in first place then. And of course they give you no information. Bad business. You want to keep customers, loyal ones, then pay they money necessary to HIRE AND KEEP good stylists. Two thumbs down.
