I took my Shih Tzu to Danielle's dog grooming salon for a shampoo, haircut and blueberry facial. Although happy with her groom, we noticed right away that something was a little "off". She was holding her mouth out and wouldn't bark. A day later we discovered that she had a broken jaw. Danielle takes no responsibility that an accident may have occurred, and did nothing to compensate us for this horrific experience. I would never leave a dog unsupervised in Danielle's care.
