Open Roads Forever Green Lawn care promises a lot but doesn't deliver. They didn't complete my spring clean-up - I had to call to inquire why certain aspects hadn't been done. Their response was that they had new equipment and new people....and they did complete it a week later. I'd booked weekly lawn care which was to happen each week on a givien day but they showed up whenenver they could fit it in - Tuesday one week, Friday the next. I'd booked a weed and fertilizer application and waited for almost two weeks while the dandelions grew a foot high and went to seed. When I called the company, the owner's response was I should simply put up a sign that said "Dandelion Wine field" on my front lawn. He also promised that someone would be by the next day - no-one came. I finally mowed the lawn myself and called the company to cancel their services - and within 30 minutes someone was at my door, personally handing me an invoice!
