This company proved they don't care about their customers. I used them this spring to ship several boxes from Montreal to Bucharest, one of them was opened and many things were missing. I sent a complain to them in September listing what was missing (books, second hand clothes, a new schoolbag for my kid) and after 2 months and many phone calls I made, nothing... finally they sent a standard document asking for 1001 things from me, including copies of original invoices (for second hand clothes and old books??), a bill or repair, a destruction report (??!), an "independent and objective survey carried out shortly after receipt of cargo" and so many other such things that nobody can imagine... MY RECOMMENDATION: NOT TO BE USED!
