do not use this company or Arbor P.I. Or Kelowna P.I. ,Surrey p.i. Vancouver P.I . Same company many different names.They are Unprofessional , they will take your $ and you will not here back from them. I always had to contact them, then would be told it takes tell as they run up your bill. I canceled my account , as I could not find anything out, after phone calls and emails. I asked for a accounting of my account that took 5 weeks. Went to B.B.B, now after 7 weeks of being canceled they are telling B.B.B the info they found , all of which was what I knew and told them, except for 1 thing. So I asked them if they had uncovered that info why did they not tell me 7 WEEKS before as I had PAID for the info, NO RESPONSE! ( the info was a bankruptcy) So in my mind they did not do the background check ( they could not even find out about a d.u.i) then 7 weeks later ran a financial or made up a bankruptcy so I would shut up and go away. Look at online reviews, Do Not Rush into using a Company like I did.look into who belongs into P.I professional groups ( they do not) In the end they also offered me $300.00 of $1000 back as their was miscommunication HELLO you NOW after 7 WEEKS after being canceled and 11 WEEKS after being paid suddenly coming up with half ass info, and they where Not given the go ahead to get a background check I said to get a phone # . Which they could not find.
