I paid for 5 hours of cleaning in an empty house on August 21st 2014 that I was about to move into. The house was in great condition, but I asked the cleaning company to go over all the surfaces to ensure the house was clean when I moved in. When I arrived after the cleaners had left, I was shocked to return to a house that was dirtier than before. The light switches still had finger prints on them, there was crumbs in all the pantries, one of the cleaners defecated in the toilet and left it, all the floors were sticky and black. The glass shower showed that it hadn't been cleaned the first time it fogged up. I cant believe how dirty the house was. I asked the movers to remove their shoes when they came in to deliver my furniture, but when the cleaning company left, the floors were so sticky and left black residue on the bottoms of my feet. I was so disappointed that I paid for the house to be clean when I moved in, and it turned out dirtier than before. I even left a tip because I know that cleaning is one of the hardest jobs that there is, but I feel like I didn't receive what I paid for. I had to go and buy a stream cleaner to fix the floors and had to steam clean all the floors, (that we not even dirty originally) because they were so dirty and black I couldn't walk around the house. When I wrote to the company, they wrote back that they would look into it, but I never heard back from them. I e-mailed them several times, and each time received the reply that they would look into it, but it would go no further than that.
