Powersports Canada is the most unethical dealership that I have ever dealt with. This is a warning- STAY AWAY from dealing with these people! I was told to travel 2 hours to pickup my scooter- upon arrival, they told me that they scooter was not there. Then they promised me that they would deliver it to me the next day. Once the contract was signed and that day came and went, the scooter was not delivered and they told me that it would be delivered in 2 weeks!!!! I complained and the management told me that the verbal agreement was not in the contract so he has no obligation to deliver this scooter to me. It is now apparent that the sales team would say anything to make a sale. Upon further investigation I've also found out that Powersports grossly overcharge for their products. They have frivolous shipping fees and administration fees that other companies do not charge. My scooter came out to be $500 more. I am still awaiting for my scooter 2 weeks later.
