Not recommending this agency to anyone. All smiles and friendliness before you make the purchase, but once you pay, no communication afterwards. No receipts of purchase, not returning your calls (few days of waiting), even if you left a voice message. Furthermore, does not communicate with the travellers after they come back from their trip, which means they are not keeping current with satisfaction of their customers and up to date with the "actual" performance of the resort. Finally, this is a group of traveler's review, and we have spoken to numerous individual who also had the same service with this agency, and they felt, that the professionalism and communication was very much lacking.
