I have never seen an establishment with such bad management as this one. Bought a groupon to have a massage with my mother - took over 7 months to finally realize how unorganized they were. They cancelled/'forgot' our appointment 4 times in a row - blaming it on broken computers and missing receptionnists. I spoke with the manager or the owner (not sure) twice on the phone, both times she failed to act as a professionnal (blaming the missed appointments on me and other factors - any reason was good but unable to apologize and make it up to the customer). This is the first time I write a review about something on the web because I feel the need to let people know how bad of an establishment it is. If you come accross a Groupon offer - FORGET IT ! You are much better off starting the hose in your backyard or trying those 1$ for 10 min massage chairs. Bad management, bad establishment and worse customer service I have ever seen in my life - even worse considering its a small business.
