****BEWARE**** My family had given a $150 "deposit" for her services yet when it came time to get our pictures done, we were not able to contact Bonnie by phone as she never picks up or returns our phone calls. We emailed her multiple times and were only ever given available times to meet her within the next few hours! Even after explaining to her that we require more time in advance, she never gave us anymore times. Her whole operation was very unprofessional. I explained that we have chosen to use someone else due to the lack of confidence we have in her business and asked for our money back since she had not proformed any services for us. She has declared this a "non-refundable deposit" even though I never signed any contract. Needless to say I am writing this to stop other people from losing their money to this horrible business. We shall wait and see if the news is willing to get involved with the trouble shooters.
