The boat we rented was not cleaned to our standards. We suffered an inordinate amount of flies on the boat and decided to cut the vacation short after only 23 hours on the water.
We were not refunded any money (except our damage deposit) and had to pay the entire vacation regardless of not having used the boat for the entire rental period.
Customer service extended to us was extremely poor; the accommodations were not as expected according to the pictures on the website; check in time and departure time was delayed an unacceptable amount of time; and overall it was a very poor vacation choice for us, in our opinion.
