I am in a 14 day quarantine due to Covid-19. My dog, who has had the same ear infection for the last 10 years, and has been on the SAME medication given by Scottsdale Vet for TEN years - they REFUSE to help my dog unless I can bring her in. We are in a GLOBAL pandemic - no one should go out if they don’t need too, but my dog has to suffer because my family can’t bring her in so they can look in her ear and say - yes - she has an ear infection. It’s ear medication- they won’t even consider anything else to help her unless I bring her in. Goodbye Scottsdale Vet - absolutely no humanity under these stressful times. I begged them to find someway to help her and they hung up on me.
