Well I expected a high pressure sales pitch to purchase additional training but didn't expect it at time of confirming my initial Online Training Session. My initial contact with an Online rep who I'll call "Pierce" was all about evaluating me instead of selling his company and his product. His pointed questions were not appropriate for an initial contact. I found Pierce curt and rather offensive. His approach would be something I would have expected from a very inexperienced sales individual. I'm infrared Pierce lost any opportunity of selling me anything as I cancelled my introduction session with OTA. I was glad to find out about the lack of professionalism before I made any investment with them. Probably one of the best investment decisions I've made.
