These people sold me a car that I couldn't plate, it hadn't been inspected - despite the dealership knowing it was an out of province vehicle. If they would have simply apologized and fixed the problem promptly and without hassle I wouldn't be writing this. Instead they immediately started lying to me, making excuses and treating me as annoyance, claiming they had no way of knowing it needed to be inspected. I was shuffled around to 4 different people, they wouldn't return my calls and were late in picking up the car. Finally they took it to be inspected after a huge hassle, repeated calls and then were more than an hour late in getting it.
When it was returned, it was filthy, and they had purposely damaged it. My last correspondence was with Alex who called me a cry baby and hung up on me. I never received an apology and they are now refusing to detail the car and buff out the scratches as was promised to me when I purchased it. I spent more than $20,000 at this place and this is how I was treated and I didn't get a great price either. Absolutely the worst customer service I have ever had. Check their rating on the Better Business Bureau - they have an F, and there are bad reviews all over the internet. Don't risk buying your car here; you may regret it – at a huge cost.
