Four stars for these guys - they came out and spent about 15 minutes going all around inside and outside our place trying to even FIND the vent to our dryer duct and when they couldn't find it, they didn't charge us. I really appreciate that they were so thorough in their search and also honest about not being able to help us out and therefore not charging us even for the visit. I'd call them again in the future!
