Avoid this program and this company. If they promise something GET IT IN WRITING or it will not happen. Pathetic word processor DOS did it better; constantly screws up the formatting, often with no way of fixing other than starting agian. It does not reliably fill in fields when the letter is generated and replacing the code will cause the formating to mess up. No ability to send bulk mail eg everyone that has RCT recomended but no treatment; can not do the search nor send form letter. Does not have basic point of sale type securith; staff can steal from you with no way of proving who did it. So no way of charging them or using it as a reason for dismissal. If you are considering this program KEEP LOOKING, strongly NOT recomended.
