I came to LinQ Law after a previous firm let me down. From the very first meeting I sensed the difference: they were proactive, considerate and well-prepared. The resolution of my matter was better than I expected. If there’s an area to improve, it would be to provide progress updates a little more frequently—but overall very good.

I’m always cautious with communication tools, but Yappalot kept it simple and consistent. No unnecessary complexity. Support was there when we had questions, but honestly, we didn’t need them often. I’ve saved their contact — definitely planning to return when we expand our customer service hours.

I wasn’t sure what kind of box suited our product line, but the team helped guide me through without overcomplicating anything. They gave us exactly what we needed, not more, not less. I’ll be coming back when we launch our next product batch.
