Linen Chest-Head Office I am a 74 year old senior who is out 174.00 dollars because of your company's worst customer service ever! Your people denied again and again that I did receive a parcel which was never delivered to my door. They side with the delivery people instead of their customers. Why would I lie about not receiving a parcel? Your non disclosure clause regarding not returning anything purchased on line is quite frankly - sickening! How do you expect to keep customers with that kind of policy.
I spent the whole day on September 15th waiting for my package. The buzzer in my lobby never connected with my phone and while watching online when they said it had been delivered to my door (no knock to indicate it was there) I went right to the door and the package was not there - I checked everywhere in the building (neighbours, housing office in the building, everywhere) the package was not to be found.
The money I lost is something that a senior living on a fixed income cannot afford to lose!!
