I dropped off my two pure bread himalayans Dec 21-Jan 2. I have to say I chose this kennel because of how they represented themselves on their website and the fact my kitties would get "cuddles" twice a day made me feel better about leaving them.
This visit ended in a $268 vet bill that could of been avoided if any reasonable amount of time was spent with my kitties. Their distress would have been noticed and I could of been alerted to their discomfort.
I would not recommend this kennel to anyone that has cats that need any attention.
