High Tech Appliance Service visited us three times to our house. The first day, they came and looked at the problem to make sure if we needed to spend any money. Next day, they came to our house before eight in the morning and found we did have a problem with our freezer, but they had trouble finding the parts. The third day, the came back with the parts and fixed a filter that was clogged and was preventing it from getting cold enough. Even though it was a sealed unit, they were able to fix it. So far so good; I've had no issues. They were very professional.
