Terrible experience with this company, in particular Richard Sieb. He spent 10 minutes in our home and submitted a very inaccurate appraisal based on year old comparisons. We had to do our own leg work to provide current comparisons and request a re-appraisal. Even with that it was a complete waste of time and money. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!
