Took my phone in there thinking it wasnt charging. When i got home it turned out that it was the charger that was broken. I went back in and asked for my phone as i wanted to test it out on a new charger at home. They said it was dismantled and id have to come back again. So i went back after they had called me and told me it would be $100 to fix my phone and i told them not to fix it as i would just pick it up so i could test it.
The phone had 50% charge instead of the 0% i left it there with. They never rang me to say theres nothing wrong with my phone and they were happy to take $100 off me for literally nothing.
