Search for this guy on complaintsboard. He spams discussion forums using fake usernames praising himself, but actually is a crook. Runs a company called CCIRC. He spends months filling out simple forms and misplaces documents, or loses them. After he screws up your case, he blames you and offers to sell you more service.
