Dishonest and deceitful business. Buckhorn Sand and Gravel owns Granite Ridge Estates. They lots they are selling and advertising as 150 foot lots are not all 150. They advertised and sold lots as 150 foot frontage that are actually only 122 feet frontage. Unsuspecting buyers will not find out until they try to resell the lot. DO NOT TRUST anything you do with either Buckhorn Sand and Gravel or Granite Ridge Estates.
