I was unable to even get Northumberland Lawn and Garden to return a phone call. So I called again and spoke with Kevin. When I told him I had left a message a week and a half earlier, he said "Ya well I get lots of messages." He didn't sound as though he wanted a new client, but he did agree to drop by my house IF he had time. He said he would call me first to let me know if he was coming by. I left my house that morning for just an hour, but kept my phone with me, and turned on, at all times. He never called. Today, I hired another landscaping company who will help me with my lawn and gardens. Quite frankly, and excuse my language, it seemed that the owner of this company just didn't give a damn.
