We use a wide variety of treatment techniques, the most common of which are cognitive Psychological therapy and eye movement desensitisation and reprocessing (trauma-informed therapy). Our area of specialty is assisting people who have been through traumatic circumstances, and we have a proven track record of providing the highest possible level of care (ie. veterans).
