I was with this agent for long time. They use to increase my premium every 6 months on every renewal period. They are interested only if I pay highest insurance premiums and they don’t care about my clean record and loyalty. On many occasions they lie to me including giving me rate written on email and after that saying this was a mistake. They are not only not professional but very greedy and cheeky. I believe the State Farm/Certas is very good insurance company, but the agents like Ali Nazem’s are not working in the company favor at all. They are behaving as a gang of liars ready to rip off everyone. Stay away from this agent. One Star is too much for them!
