I could have given less than one star, if there was anything less than one star. these are no wonder speedy appliance service people. they came and checked the washer collected the money and left. when i called them back they said "unfortunatly i was unable to come up with a matching used parts and new one is expensive" Its up to you guys now. Beware of the scam. Don't pay until work is done.
