Shapes is a Winnipeg owned and operated a chain of health clubs, founded in 1994 we have been providing members and guests an array of fitness options for 21 years. We understand that one thing does not work for everyone through the years we’ve worked hard to add new programs and equipment, as well as recruit the best instructors, trainers, and staff, to offer everyone the best possible fitness experience.
