They were late, no call, the office didn't seem to know what was going on. Sears clean my $10,000 rug on my oily garage door with out me know, my whole house smelt of wet dog for weeks. Every other carpet cleaning company Ive had takes the the area rug away for a week. NOT HAPPY!!!
