Royal Property Maintenance has been operating in the Comox Valley and Campbell River areas for four years. Specializing in grounds maintenance for large commercial and strata sites and we bring that expertise to your home. We taking pride in our long-term working relationships with clients, we have established a broad customer base and an excellent reputation within the communities. Our success derives from our caring staff members who treats every job as if they are working on their own homes and gardens. Our company consists of a garden maintenance team which is led by Glenna, a certified horticulturalist, who has been working in the industry for over thirty years and has a true passion for what she does. Our lawn maintenance and irrigation team is led by me, Shawn Nixon, the owner and operator of Royal Property Maintenance. I have worked in the landscaping industry for over eight years, and have been installing and repairing irrigation for over six years. I work on and oversee every job, on all sites, to ensure the utmost quality and to confirm the work is up to our “Royal” standards. Both teams consist of highly experienced, reliable and motivated staff that are growing every year. Royal Property Maintenance continually works hard to keep a positive and safe work environment for all employees by holding monthly safety meetings. Our company prides itself in using proper horticultural techniques and good quality workmanship for every job; additionally, we use organic based products where possible to provide eco-friendly service.
