I offer Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and Interpersonal Therapy (IPT) for anxiety and/or depression. With these evidence-based therapies, I offer a short-term, skills-focused approach to counselling that will help you resolve anxiety and depression so you can get your life back on track.
During our time together, I can help you learn new skills. For example, we can explore mindfulness, identify unhelpful thinking patterns, exposure exercises, exposure and response prevention, ABC analysis, relaxation strategies, behavioural activation, interpersonal skills, and conflict resolution. By learning new skills, I can help you resolve anxiety and depression.
