No exchange or refund on Kaftans which are FREE SIZE. As this is one size fits all and what you see is the real image of all our products.
Colour may vary depending on individual monitor settings.

We request that you check the size guide carefully before placing your order.
Exchanges will be honored ( if we are informed immediately when you receive your item), subject to availability within 5 days. Items must be returned unused, odorless in perfect condition and in the original packaging. Until we receive your returned items, you are responsible for their safe keeping We do not accept liability for packages damaged during transit back to us. It is your responsibility to wrap items adequately to prevent damage.
Please make sure to check the size guide. We cannot exchange an item after 4 days.
