As a customer, I shop at Lucky 97(10725 97 Street) quite often due to convenience and close to my place. I spend an average of $100 per visit.
Overall rate of products bought at this store is good but I really had bad experience with this particular cashier. I don't know her name but by her appearance she is most likely an aboriginal over-weight female who is very rude and has a really bad etiquette toward customers.
I had encountered het at least 5-6 times during grocery shoppings and all those times she was rude and doesn't know how to apologize when mistakes made. Couple days ago, I bought 3 bunches of kales and she punched in her till as 4 so I told her I bought 3. Instead of apologizing for her mistake, she started making excuses after excuses by saying " this one appears as if 2 bunches etc, etc,... I told her that she needs to check everything before making assumptions and she yelled " I did check it!!"
Then I asked her " then why did you put it as 4 instead of 3?" All of a sudden , she gave me the dirty looks and left the till as it seemed to be the end of her shift.
Although I like your products, I can't tolerate an employee with an ill manner like this and this was not the first time that this particular employee was behaving this way. I don't think I will shop from this store anymore. Just to let you guys know that you have lost a great customer. I can't bear to shop at a place where the employee is very ill mannered like this one nor who doesn't understand what customer service is!!
