Company description

Loving Choices Psychology was founded in Edmonton by Dr. Jason Jones in 2017 to support individuals, couples and families to live happier lives. From an early age, Jason observed how integral relationships are to our happiness and well-being. Unfortunately, many people suffer and find difficulties in navigating the challenges of relationships, sexuality, family, separation and divorce. Our psychology practice exists to help alleviate human suffering and sensitively provide support in a responsible and sustainable way.

More details

Individual Psychotherapy
Psychological therapy, psychotherapy, or “talk therapy” is the use of psychology methods to help you change your thoughts, beliefs and behaviours to overcome life’s problems. Psychotherapy seeks to improve your mental health and well-being, resolve behaviours, beliefs, compulsions, thoughts and emotions, as well as to improve your relationships.
Sex Therapy
Part of traditional psychotherapy, sex therapy helps you talk about your sexual health individually or with your partner in a safe, open space. Often, couples have difficulty in solving their sex problems on their own because of emotions getting in the way of an open, healthy dialogue.
Couples Counselling
Couples counselling or marriage therapy is a form of psychotherapy designed to improve your relationship and resolve interpersonal conflict. Many Edmonton couples have problems in their relationship and may have difficulties in resolving them on their own. Some people have difficulty in expressing themselves, sharing their thoughts and feelings, or letting emotions get in the way of a healthy conversation.
