Lida is a bilingual and bicultural Registered Clinical Counsellor with a Masters Degree in Clinical Psychology. She provides counselling and consultation to adults, children and adolescents, and couples and families. She also provides consultation to practicum students and practicing clinicians. Lida is a 'Part of WorkSafeBC Provider Network' and is also an approved provider with the Crime Victims' Assistance Program (CVAP).
Lida uses an individualized treatment approach tailored to the unique needs and personality styles of clients, engaging them on intellectual, emotional, and spiritual levels in order to identify and examine the profound consequences of their beliefs and expectations on their psychological and biological well-being. In doing so, she integrates theoretical models such as Adlerian, Psychodynamic, Systemic, Cognitive-behavioral, Interpersonal, Narrative, and Solution-focused.
Lida’s sessions are thought provoking, challenging and fun. Clients experience her as caring, curious, compassionate, respectful, encouraging, practical, and efficient.
