La Casa Dei Pazzi Toronto was founded by Italian Canadian chef Gianni, his career all started when he began working at an Italian Restaurant on avenue road, it was a Authentic Italian cuisine Toronto fine dinning menu being offered, Gianni was employed as the musician, playing the accordion for the patrons at the age of 16 on the weekends. Gianni soon after his time employed discovered that he was passionate about food aswell.
