Dealing with most home security and alarm companies is a terrible experience. We know, because we've gone through it too.
We hate the high-pressure tactics the "big" security companies use, to up-sell you and get you to buy more than you need.
We hate the way they lure you in with low priced plans, only to get the "bait and switch" — where they offer you the inexpensive security system to get you interested, and then up-sell you onto the expensive plan that has what you really need.
We hate how when you need support they make you spend hours on hold only to get an outsourced, off-shore call centre.
And we really hate how long it takes to get up and running, from the many days it takes to get an installer out, to the all day appointment windows — who has time to wait for an appointment between 9am and 6pm?!
We knew there was a better way.
A way to deliver the same systems and monitoring the other companies have, but with real local people that truly care about you, and live in the same neighbourhoods as you.
And, that’s why we started JM Security.
We’re a local home security company, dedicated to serving the Windsor-Essex and Chatham-Kent areas.

Upon contacting them for a consult, they were in our home helping us to pick the best package that worked for us within 48 hours. The security system was then installed very quickly after. It was the most seamless process ever! Between Bethany who helped organize the products and William who installed; the two of them were incredibly kind, and supportive of what we were hoping to achieve with our security system, and they truly put the needs of our family first.
