Reviews

This business may be great for big production companies, but for our relatively small ($170) makeup order for our high school production of Cats, the treatment we received was, I'm sorry to say, very poor. When I ordered 5 weeks ahead of production time, I was told our order would take approximately two weeks to reach Holly North from the manufacturer, then Holly North would expedite the order to us here in Whitehorse, Yukon. First of all, it was three full weeks before the order even reached Holly North, and, so far, it has been 5 days since they supposedly sent it "expedited", and we still haven't received the order. We open in four days. Luckily, I placed a backup order with Face Paint, a US based company, and their order reached me 6 days (not "business days") after I placed the order. I have gone so far as to place a second order with Face Paint, as I would certainly not trust Holly North to rush anything to us, should we see that we are running low. I used Holly North because it was a Canadian business. Never again.
