I booked an appointment to have a tattoo redone two months ago. The receptionist called the artist out to look at my tattoo and she was extremely rude and unfriendly with me. I had already paid my deposit, so I decided to make the best of it. Several days later, I lost my job. Things have really gone downhill since then - I do not even have food to eat and will be homeless anyday. I went to the shop and asked to cancel my appointment and for my deposit back. They refused. Ok, I understand it's your policy. But, really? I cancelled more than two weeks before my appointment, so I am sure you will fill my spot. I told the receptionist that I lost my job....I guess they have no heart at Heartworx. When I do get back to work, I guarantee I won't be booking an appointment there at that sleazy, dirty shop.
